Case management, rebuilt for investigators

Your best investigator solved this last year.Stingray makes sure the next one starts there.

Fraud teams keep re-solving the same patterns because the answer lives in a spreadsheet tab, a Slack thread, or someone's head. Stingray keeps it where the next analyst can find it.

    The problem

Every fraud team has a pattern they've solved three times and written down zero times.

Where it lives today: Google SheetsNotionSlack threadsSomeone's memory

    It walks out the door

When an investigator moves on, what they figured out goes with them. The next ring that looks familiar gets worked from scratch.

    New analysts start cold

Months of learning patterns the team already knows, because there's nowhere to read them.

    No trail to point to

When compliance asks how you handled a case, the answer is somewhere in chat history and an old sheet.

    How it works

Solve it once. Then it's the team's.

    01 · CAPTURE

    Work the case

Notes, evidence links and decisions go in as you investigate, with the context that makes them useful later.

    02 · CONNECT

    See the pattern

Link related cases and tag the pattern. Individual cases roll up into rings and vectors you can actually see.

    03 · REUSE

    Start ahead

When something familiar lands, search what the team already worked. The next analyst starts where the last one finished.

    Audit trail built in

Every action timestamped and attributed, ready for chargebacks, disputes and compliance reviews.

We keep this short because there isn't much to it.

what we measure. We use Google Analytics, and PostHog on stingrayfraud.com, to see which pages get read, what gets clicked and where visitors come from. We use Leadfeeder and LinkedIn's Insight Tag to see which companies visit and to show our posts to people who've stopped by. These tools set cookies and recognize browsers anonymously. What we see is company-level or anonymous, never your name.

what you give us. If you fill out a form (like the one on Steal This SOP, or a demo request), we get what you type: your name, email and anything you tell us. We use it to reply, and to send the occasional email if you ticked the box saying that's fine. It lives in our CRM (Zoho). We don't sell it, rent it or hand it to anyone else.

what stays with you. Stingray Watch remembers your watchlist and when you last visited, in your own browser. We never see it, and clearing your browser data wipes it.

what you can ask for. Email [email protected] to see what we have on you, fix it or delete it. A person reads that inbox, so it won't sit in a queue.

blocking all of it. Ad blockers and privacy browsers stop every tool above. The sites work the same either way.
